Front, rear, left and right before anything is saved, plus the meter reading, the receiver's ten-digit ID number and their signature. No setting switches the photos off, and the record prints for you and the customer with the same figures.

The handover screen refuses a machine that has not come back and names the contract and the customer, and the database itself blocks two open contracts on one machine or two bookings on overlapping days, even from two browsers at the same instant.

On return: photos, a meter reading and up to 12 damage lines, each proposed until it is accepted or waived with a written reason. The deposit never drops below zero, and anything beyond it becomes a written claim on the statement.

A grace period you set in hours per machine, and the daily fee, rate and deposit are copied onto the contract when it is written, so a later edit to the rate card cannot change them. Plus a meter with allowed hours per day and a rate for each extra hour.

One link shows your machines with their daily rates, deposits and 28 days of real availability. A request holds its days until you confirm or decline, and lapses on its own after 72 hours without an answer.

Out, booked, under maintenance, and overdue, for every machine and every day, six months back and twelve ahead. A machine that has not come back stays busy on the board and disappears from your customers' page.
