Where is the file? One line answersToday's board says, for every file: the current step, who holds it now, and since when. A warning three days before the deadline, and an escalation to a named role one day after.
The clock stops when the file leaves the officeDays with the client, Balady or the contractor are deducted from the office's deadline on their own, and every pause carries a written reason. The delay report says how many days sit with the office and how many elsewhere, per project and per client.
A log nobody edits or deletesWho held the file and when, and which drawing revision went to the municipality under which reference. The database itself refuses to edit or delete the log.
From service request to journal entry, nothing retypedA request on the office page opens a record, then a quotation, a contract, an invoice with a gapless serial and a QR code, a receipt with the amount in figures and words, and a journal entry in books with closable periods.
The engineer sees the work, not the moneyEight ready roles, all editable. Seeing money is its own ability, the server strips amounts from a page before it reaches the browser, and the general manager reads the trial balance without posting to it.
